HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

During childhood and adolescence there is an area at the end of the long bones called the epiphyseal plate. This area is involved in adding new bones so that the child or teenager increase in height.
At the end of adolescence this area stops producing new bone, it rarely continues into the very early twenties.

NO new height or length can be added after this point.

This is the reason that excess growth hormone in children and teens cause them to grow very tall but in adults results in acromegaly.
In acromegaly there is enlargement of hands, feet, lips, forehead, ears but no increase in height.

At 27, unfortunately no product can cause your epiphyseal plate to start producing new bone resulting in increased height.
You would have already reached your final height, this height is primarily determined by genetics.

It would be best to use the medication prescribed by the doctor for the kidney stones.
You can consider speaking to your doctor about the growth product to confirm what I would have told you.

I hope this helps
