Pregnant, feeling Nauseous, gurgling In Stomach, Morning Sickness After Falling On Back By Hitting Knee. Should Be Worried?

I fell over the weekend, hitting my knee then rolling to my side then back. I felt my daughter move more after the fall. But now its 2 days later and I have been feeling nausious and my stomach has been bubbling/gurgling. I also having been eating as much the last 2 days cause I haven't felt hungry.

Also I have not had any morning sickness my whole pregnancy and I'm at 31 weeks.

Is everything okay, should I be worried now that I'm feeling nauseous ?

Hi, I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. Actually, you do not need to be worried about nausea and morning sickness. Falling during pregnancy can increase the risk of early placenta separation (placenta abruptio). What you need to do is an ultrasound to see if the baby is doing fine and to rule out early placenta separation.
I wish you good health.
