Pregnant with swollen painful vaginal lips. What is the reason?

hi my name is alyssa i am 19 n about 23 weeks pregnant ... here latley my vagina lips have been swollen and i have been having kind of an achey feeling. my boyfriend was looking at my va jj and he said their was a cirle on right lip and on the left inside he said on the flower looking part their was white stuff ... what does all this stiuff mean and is it bad????

Thanks for your query. Swelling in labial folds is uncommon in pregnancy. Usually seen if pregnancy is associated with hypertension. Kindly check your BP and get evaluated with your doctor.
