Pregnant With Spotting, Nausea. Urine Pregnancy Test Negative. Implantation Bleeding?
I had my paraguard taken out march 1. 5 days ago I had bright red spotting only when wiped. Started light cramping yesterday. Nausea. Tired. Possible late period (I'm pretty sure I should have started period 3 days ago but I could be wrong and may start within the next 2 days). I got a negative urine test 2 days ago. Could it have been implantation spotting? I don't remember spotting with my 2 other kids

The bleeding may be because of implantation bleeding because implantation bleeding less in quantity and duration.
