Pregnant With Severe Vaginal Pain And Itching. No STD Or Yeast Infection. What Else?

i am 6 months pregnant and ive been having serious vaginal issues since pregnancy....after sex i have horrible vaginal pain. and for about the past month ive been having horrible itching and pain and tenderness around my clitorous. which is almost now unbearable after sex. and between one to three times a week when i wipe around my clitorous there is blood on my tissue. and i no longer even attempt sex because the pain is too much too bear. the doctor told me its not a yeast infection a uti or a std....they said all my test come back normal.....what could be the problem...

There might be some inflammation due to abrasions or cracking of skin of that area after sex.It also happens after sex due to dryness of that area or forceful sex.
Keep proper local hygiene.Avoid sex till complete healing. Local cream which contains steroid,antifungal and anti bacterial will be very helpful.
Consult your dermatologist for better medical management.
