Pregnant With Bleeding. Ultrasound Showing Empty Sac. Miscarriage? Anything Can Be Done?

I started bleeding yesterday morning.I did blood test hcg result is 283(i week before hcg result was 249) Ultra sound shows no fetal empty sac. doctor said i m 7 weeks now but i know i m only 4 weeks because i check my ovulation date before conceive . they all ready decide i m going to miscarrying.I had 2 miscarriages 2009 and 2011. please give me a answer am i miscarrying or not?. what i need to do?

hi there, if as per your calculation you are four weeks pregnant then so be it. Wait for another week and get your urine preg test and your blood hcg levels done. If they are positive then get ultrasound repeated and it will give you the correct gestational age. Tho' when they can't see the gestationl sac at 4-5 weeks then it could be a case of blighted ovum and that is the reason you have started bleeding . Don't lose heart and you may concieve again. take care.
