Pregnant, uterus anteverted, gestational sac in lower uterine region, embryo is not visualised. What can i do?

hi, i am lina.. i am pregnent.. but my uterus is anteverted and gravid. it reveals single gestational sac in the lower uterine region. endometrium measures 12-13mm and shows few hypoechoic areas S/o blood clots. there is no evidence of any sub chorionic hematoma . the embryo is not visualised. the gestational sac measures 6mm corresponding 4week 4day. both the ovaries are visualized and appear normal.. pls suggest me what can i do?

Look, your Ultrasound report indicates possibilities of missed abortion.

So, you have to wait for 2 weeks. After that do an ultrasound scan again for confirmation.

After that you should consult with your treating doctor for further management accordingly. Till then consult with your treating doctor for prescribing a progesterone group of drug. It will prevent any impending missed abortion.
