Pregnant, small red patches, tiny bumps behind knees, in armpits. Cause of concern?

I am 21 weeks pregnant and occasionally get small red patches of tiny bumps that itch behind my knees usually and in armpits but also occasionally get other places. Is this cause for concern?

See any thing abnormal in pregnancy is a cause of concern. From what you describe the lesions seems some eczematous dermatological condition probably due to some allergy,or can be just prurigo of pregnancy,or it might be due to decreased platelet count which some patients experience in pregnancy. Would advice you to go for a complete blood count and Liver function tests and consult your doctor to seek proper advice.
