Pregnant, Slight Shift In Abdomen, Weight, Greenish Yellow Discharge In Vagina. Clingen Forte Prescribed. Advise?

i am seven month- pregnant lady,5 days back,i found that my belly is slightly shifted down and felt weight in te lower portion and i consult my doctor and she examined and found a slight greenish yellow discharge in my vagina and she sent it for culture and sensitivity test and prescribed me with clingen forte( intra vag) for 6 days.In the same time,i have no symptoms of vaginal infection and the sensitivity test report showed the absense of any pathogenic microorganism.is it need to continue the full course.

Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
If you have no symptoms of vaginal infection (offensive discharge or itching), there is no need to take any treatment, specially with a negative culture for vaginal discharge. On the other hand the prescription will not harm you or your baby at all.
If you have excessive grayish or transparent discharge with a fishy odor, this should be treated because it may cause preterm labor. The recommended treatment in this case is metronidazole 500 mg oral tablets twice daily for 10 days.
