Pregnant Of 39 Weeks. Sudden Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen Spreading To Back, Reduced Baby Movements. Possible Contraction?

Hi! I'm 39 weeks pregnant and basically 1 day since it's 1 am, and about an hour ago I felt this sharp pain for in my lower abdomen then it spread around to my back but after a few minutes it was gone. I know it wasn't a contraction and I've never felt this before. By the way, 3 years ago I had placenta abruptio and my baby died at 39 weeks bcoz of it. I'm pretty worried right now,can any one help me? Also I've been counting my baby's movements for 30 mins now and I only got 2 so far when I usually get 10 for the first 10 mins.
