Pregnant, morning sickness, vomiting, change in throat color. Is this the cause for concern?

I'm unsure exactly but roughly somewhere between 10/13 weeks pregnant and suffering morning sickness really really bad I've gotten tablets from my GP but they're not doing the job now, even after doubling the dosage! Everytime I eat something I instantly vomit it straight back up, all I can do is sip water but over the past 2 days even that, after a while is making me vomit but when there's no food there its a very sharp taste that hurts my throat usually yellow, but today it was dark green/black! Is this anything to worry about?

A usual yellow throat may look red because of inflammation but to find it dark green or black is something serious and must be immediately checked by the doctor and proper throat swab culture taken.
