As your pregnancy
progresses, your body needs to find space for your developing baby. Stomach cramps
are often just a side effect of your muscles and ligaments stretching to make room. The extra weight that carrying a baby places on your body can also cause cramping but again this is usually nothing to worry about.
However consult your doctor if the pain is associated with
Heavy bleeding or spotting or fever
or heavy discharge with or without clots or very severe cramps.
Do the following
Put a hot water bottle on stomach
Change your position
May take TYLENOL
,as this the safest pain killer in pregnancy
Contact your doctor to apprise him of your condition
