Pregnant, Irritable Clitoris, White Tissue Around Clit Area, Lump On Inner Vagina. Cause?

Hi im 13 weeks pregnant with my second child. Recently my clit has become very irratable. I have white bits coming out off my clit. Which i can only describe as; looks like white wet tissue stuck in and around the clit area. I have also discovered a small lump on the inner side of my left of my vagina lip, its not hard and i can move it around. please help me what could be wrong with me? Xx

according to your description the possibilities are,
-bartholin cyst: bartholin gland will present inside and near the opening of the vagina,
when its duct gets blocked cyst will form,
and when cyst gets infected abscess forms.
the discharge might be from that cyst which is getting accumulated around the clitoris.

-vaginal infection: discharge from vaginal infection might be accumulating around clitoris.

now you visit your gynecologist once, get examined, find out the cause and take treatment, as genital infection can lead to uterine action better be treated early.
