first of all you should do the routine check ups to see your hemoglobin level hiv hep b status.. rule out any other diseases.
check your bp and sugar also to maintain a proper pregnancy.
you should consult a gynecologist and do all this as advised. gynecologist will advise you to take iron and folic acid tablets also. take care
