I am 32 years old and almost 22 weeks pregnant. yesterday i did a test of anti rubella IgG and test s report shows it is positive. Sample value: 199.50IU/ml. what dose it mean? is it anything harmful for my upcoming baby? How can I overcome or take any prevention for this. Please let me know. I am really very anxious about it.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
A positive anti Rubella IgG is suggestive of an old infection or an exposure to which you have developed an immunity. You need to repeat the test after a few weeks to see the trend.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
