Pregnant, Having Gastric Problem, Loose Motions, Feels Weak, Short Breath And Vomiting. Treatment?

Hi,I am seven weeks pregnant.3 or 4 days before i had beans in my lunch afterwards i had severe gastric problem and then resulted to loose motions till now.the frequency of loose motion is normally two times a day also I am having weakness, short breath and vommitting feeling almost throughout the day.what should be done?

Thanks for writing in.
The symptoms that you have are commonly seen in pregnancy. I would suggest the following:
a. Have small meals every 3-4 hours
b. Drink plenty of water. Other things like coconut water, lemon water would also be useful
c. Walk for 30 minutes daily
d. Avoid lying down immediately after your meals. Wait for 1-2 hours and then lie down
e. Keep your feet elevated when lying down
f. Avoid having very spicy food/lots of tea and coffee.

This feeling should become ok in a couple of weeks.
