hello,i am 20 weeks pregnant and today right after i finished having sex with my boyfriend when i went to the restroom i foind bright red blood .no pain or discomfort which was weird because a week before i felt alot of pressure when having sex.like stomach tightning but this time felt nothing.now bleeding stopped could something be wrong

Get a Ultrasonography done,to see the baby is alright,not to worry now if the bleeding has stopped and if there is no pain or discomfort. Get a gynaec chek up once to rule out any local causes of bleeding
