Hi,
Morning sickness need not necessarily occur only in the morning, it can be there for the entire day or in the evening, as is your case. It can also continue well into the later months of pregnancy. Avoid heavy meals in the evening. Take easily digestible and palatable things. Avoid oily and fried food. You can take dry fruits like pista and almonds which should be palatable. Also, take foods rich in protein, preferably vegetarian. Cough and sneezing do not disturb the pregnancy so easily, but care should be taken to get rid of infections quickly in view of pregnancy. Take care.
