Pregnant, have diarrhea with green stools and green vomits with painful colic. Treatment required?

Hello. I am 19yrs old weigh 122lbs and I am 5 3 I am currently 14weeks pregnant and have had diarreah for the past 5days.. Although yesterday I threw up light green and this morning I noticed My stool is a very light bright green and I m concerned as it may be an infection in my stomach .. Should I go to the hospital.. Oh and I want to mention I am very nauseous and have painful colic

Hi, Thanks for query.
It seems that you are having gastro enteritis.
Consult your doctor and go for the treatment as any infection at this stage should be taken care,
If loose motion continue then there is a chance of dehydration.
Take plenty of water and electrolytes.
Take light and liquid diet like buttermilk,curd,rice,apple juice lime water juice etc.
