Pregnant, Had Urine Analysis. Can Any Online Doctor Help In Reading The Result?.

I am 29 weeks pregnant. Due to extreme sweeling on my feet, I did a urine analysis and a microscopy without any reference to my gynaec. the reaction shows acidic; wbc/ pus cell as 1-2/HPF; RBC as HPF and epithelial cells as +++/HPF. I do not know if its a cause of concern. Plz advise.

Swelling in the feet during pregnancy cant be ignored....does the swelling disappear after rest?? Is it a pitting or non pitting type of edema?? Do you have varicose veins associated? ? Do you have rise in bp along with swelling? ? These points need to be cleared. ...as per your report you have urinary tract infection. ....but urine for proteins was a more specific test for the swelling which is missing. ...pls take antibiotics for urine infection and consult your doctor as soon as possible to find out the cause and treatment according to that
