Hi, Thanks for your question. No this cannot be taken as normal. This can be a sign of threatened or missed miscarriage. This is quite reassuring that you don t have any pain. Please have an ultrasound, preferably trans-vaginal to see that your baby s heart beat is OK. You should avoid exertion & sex till this settles. No one can predict how long this will take.
