Pregnant feeling tired, nausea, blurred vision, lower abdominal pain. Hot flashes with sweating in the night. Is this normal?

Hi I am 35weeks pregnant today, 2nd pregnancy, the last 2 days have been feeling extremely tired, nausea s and slight blurred vision which comes and goes, slight headache , some lower abdominal pain , but this pain has been on and off in pregnancy, I woke up in night hot and sweaty and then was sick. Is this anything to worry about or just part and parcel of getting closer??

welcome to healthcare magic
from the symptoms you have just mentioned you need to get your blood pressure checked up as you might be having symptoms that are due to high blood pressure like headache blurring of vision. in medical terms we call it pre eclampsia.
i would like to rule out an infection as mostly urine due to the sweating and lower abdominal pains.
would suggest get reviewed by your obstretician and be given appropriate treatment.
hope to have answered your query
take care and all the best.

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response

Welcome to HCM,

With having 35 weeks pregnancy and having signs of nausea, blurred vision etc go for blood pressure checking as you might have high blood pressure at this stage,

Consult your Obst. and rule out Pre ecclampsia as this is a threatening condition in pregnancy.

Take rest.

Ok and bye.
