Pregnant Diagnosed With Oligohydramis And IUGR. Reducing Fluids In The Scans. Taking Oral Glucose. Any Other Precautions?

hii iam 26 years old and 8 months pregnant i have been diagnosed with oligohydramis and IUGR the fluid index is 6.6(it has been reducing from previous scans) and also iam on 10D daily from 15 days,also on glucose orally is there a problem with this?also anything else i should do improve the fluids and growth of my baby.

Fluid index of6.6 is quite low
Taking glucose causes no harm.
Inspite of this,you should keep following things in mind-
Do daily foetal movements count-should be 10-12,
Bed rest in left lateral position
High protien diet
consult your gynaecologist for color doppler to know whether
foetus is alright or compromised.
