hi,
sometimes during process of development of placenta as it invades the blood vessels some amount of blood collects retroplacentally,
as it is minimum in your case and you are not having any recurrent bleeding because of this,
you can just follow with regular visits and ultrasound examinations,
if you notice bleeding again consult your doctor immediately.
take care.
