Hello,

Mild bleeding or spotting is common in early weeks of pregnancy. However, you have to undergo one urgent TVS scan to check the fetal well being. Miscarriage is also to be ruled out.

Kindly, consult with your treating doctor and undergo necessary scan as early as possible. Take suggestive treatment like progesterone supplement, folic acid and vitamins.

Take balanced diet, avoid heavy work/ long journey, sexual intercourse. Complete bed rest is advisable.

Hope, it helps. Good luck.
