Folic acid is definitely recommended whenever you are planning to conceive, so please have no worries on that score.
Moreover, I hope you have consulted a proper Infertility specialist, and have undergone thorough evaluation of your infertility reasons.
Your complete hormonal profile, your partner's semen analysis, your ovulation studies and testing of the patency of your fallopian tubes
Siphene is clomiphene citrate which is generally given in order to induce ovulation in patients with irregular / failed ovulation.
It is safe to take it if it is recommended in your case , and there are no adverse effects in case you conceive on this treatment.
Take care.
