Pregnant, Bad Thrush, Labia Swollen. What Is The Reason?

Hi. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and had a bad thrush since the begining of my second trimester. My libia has been swollen since then but its the only thing now that's bothering me as the rest of the thrush symptoms have seem to disapear. What could be the reason for the swollen libia and should I bring that to my doctor's attention or is it something I can take care of?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The swelling of the labia during pregnancy is a common symptom due to congestion. The vaginal thrush is adding to this inflammation. You need to get proper treatment prescribed from your obstetritian.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
