Pregnant. Rash on vagina, burning and itching. Help?

i have a rash on my vagina i have mentioned it to my doctor but they say my symptoms are normal and should subside after birth, but i have had this rash for over a month and it is now discolord and white. it is constantly itchy and burning. i know its not a sexually transmitted disease because i am 8 months pregnant and was tested at the beginning of my pregnancy and i havent had sex once since. i believe it is serious but my doctor doesnt believe so. ive never had anything like it before and its making me nervous and i dont want to pass it to my son durning birth.

Thanks for posting your query on health care magic.
Rash is due to fungal infection.
It needs to be treated to prevent further spread.
You can use clotrimazole powder over the affected area.
If this does not help, consult a skin specialist for appropriate treatment.
Hope this helps.
