Pregnant. Irregular Period, Movement In Stomach, Spotting, Belly Feels Soft. Negative PT. Why?

Hello I'm 42 years old mother of 5 ages 18,17,12,9 and 4 I had my last normal period on February 20th my cycle has been every 25days for the past 4yrs never stopping or spotting only if I was pregnant. My next period came 30days in march on march 22, 2013 it was on for one day then I spotted for 4days my breast began to get sore and they still are I had 6 pregnancy test up until now and all of them has been negative I feel movement in my stomach Breast are still soft and I have no bleeding but I took a pregnancy test and it was negative and my belly feels real soft but I still feel movement

The changes in the bleeding pattern that you are having is likely to be due to the perimenopausal age group. This is not likely to be due to pregnancy as all your tests till now have come negative.
