Pregnant. Having diarrhoea, feeling sick, eating less. What should be done?

Hi my daughter is 39 weeks pregnant and is suffering with really bad diahhria she went about 6 times yesturday and already 3 times today, she is feeling sick but not actualy been sick. She has had bad sickness the last couple of weeks but its got worse since yeasturday. She is eating a little but feels even more sick after. Thanks Sharon

Please make sure that she takes enough liquids to replace slightly more than what she is loosing in loose stools, no matter if she vomits, continue to feed, The best I would advise would be ground and cooked rice porrige with generous amount of sugar, 5grams ghee, and curd or buttermilk.

She should not take any antibiotics.

If very troubling diarrhea then I would like to advise a very reserved medicine but meanwhile plz try/make sure this much for atleasst two days, It is a tried formula and I am 90% times successful with this.
