Pregnant. Have Bleeding After Peeing, Cramping. Had UTI. Kidney Infection?

I'm about six weeks pregnant and I'm bleding quite a bit only after I pee and cramping very badly now. i went to the hospital last night and they said that everything looks fine and my blood tests came back normal. I did have a uti 2 weeks ago and that's when the cramps really started. I understand I probably miscarry inch the baby but is it also a kidney infection?

HI,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seem that you might be having Urinary Tract Infection(UTI).
You should get following investigations done :-
1. Urine examination (Routine/ Microscopic) and (Culture/Sensitivity).
2. Kidney Function Test.
3. Ultrasound lower abdomen.

A clinical examination in addition to the above mentioned investigations will help in planning your medical management.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
