Pregnant. Feeling Weak, Shaky, Vomiting, Low BP. What Type Of Diet Should Be Taken?

Hellow!I am 7 weeks pregnant.
From yesterday I feel so weak and shaky.
I feel so bad that I cant even open my eyes.i also feel like vomiting.
I am really afraid about this condition.
My blood pressure is also low.
I think I become weak day by day.
Before some days chicken pox attacked me.just after few days after recovery from chicken pox I have done blood test and come to know that I am pregnant.
PLEASE HELP ME.
AND LET ME KNOW WHAT SHOULD I EAT AND WHAT NOT TO EAT.
AND WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR MY PHYSICAL CONDITION.
Thanks.

Hi
Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic
Chicken pox infection during the early pregnancy may effect the child. It is very important that u have a detailed ultrasound at 18 to 20 weeks of pregnancy to rule out the same. If u are feeling very weak immediately consult ur doctor. If u are unable to take orally she may put u on IV fluids and help regain strength immediately.
Thanks and regards
