Pregnant. Feeling tired, weak, emotional, thirsty. Normal?

I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and 5 days, this is my first pregnancy, for about the past three days, I feel so tired its hard for me to literally do anything. I feel like I m in slow motion, I move very slowly, I feel weak, very emotional, and extremely tired, no matter how much rest I get, I also have noticed today I feel very thirsty. Is this normal at this stage of pregnancy? Or is something wrong? I almost have flu like symptoms but no flu. Constant headache , and achy body and extremely tired. What could this be?

Thanks for the query.

Some amount of weakness, tiredness etc are common in pregnancy and may increase with progression of gestational age as the needs of the baby will increase.
But as you are having headache, body pains etc better consult your doctor once and check for blood pressure, blood sugar, hemoglobin levels etc.
If she suggests better to go for thyroid profile once. As thyroid hormonal abnormality can present with some of these symptoms.
Take care.
