Pregnant. Cramps, pink brown spottings. Had tubal surgery. Concerned?

Hi, I am approx 6 weeks pregnant and due to see my GP for the first time tomorrow. Last night I woke up with cramping when I went to the toilet there was some pink on the tissue when I wiped. This morning I have no cramps but when I wipe there is brown on the tissue. I had tubal surgery 2 years ago and this is the first time I have ever been pregnant I'm really concerned.

According to your symptoms, it looks like you've a threatened abortion. There could have been a small sub-chorionic bleed that may have subsided(the brown colour following the pink is indicative).
As you're going to see your doctor, you'll get the needed attention. Meanwhile, take absolute bed rest, avoid intercourse and all strenuous activity. Please avoid anxiety as this is going to affect your pregnancy. Wish you good health.
Take care.
