Pregnant. But Blood, Urine, Ultrasound Tests Are Negative. Can Listen Heartbeat Of Baby With Doppler On Abdomen. Suggestion?

Hi, I am sure that I m pregnant and its been 24 weeks now. But my pregnancy is not being detected at all!!! Negative blood & Urine tests, even the ultrasounds are not positive. But the doctor check my abdomen with a doppler and she could listen to heartbeats of my baby. What can i do to get a positive pregnancy test and what precautions need to be taken? Can I take primolut to increase my hormones?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since you have not mentioned your age as this is very very important .
Also mention that prime gravida or multi gravida ( first pregnancy or 2nd or 3rd pregnancy).
All blood tests, urine tests , ultrasound tests are NEGATIVE , so how can you say that you are pregnant?
Doppler test say that doctor could listen heartbeat your baby , you know that pulse also beat and simulates with heart beat ,so it might happen that your doctor listened artery beat.
In my opinion you have PSEUDO PREGNANCY so please accept this .
