Hi,
I would ask you to see a specialist as soon as possible, get a proper examination and required investigations. A pregnancy test, trans-vaginal sonogram and a clinical exam should give a proper idea of your status of pregnancy. Increased sensitivity of skin surfaces is a common feature in pregnancy owing to improved vascularity and in the absence of any other significant symptoms like pain or discharge is not of much worry. Hope you find this information helpful. Take care.
