i didnt got ma periods on this month and i did pregenency test its showing that i am pregenent..i want to abort widout going near doctor..is ther any tablet to abort in 1 month and get next month periods..plz help me and right now i dont have money i came from poor back ground so plz help me out from this problem sir plz
