Hello Good Evening, According to you, that you missed 2 period dates, so you should be in amenorhhoea by last 8-9 weeks, not by 12 weeks as you wrote. You have not mentioned that when you got ultrasound, because it is important in this case, which looks like a ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy, is a complication of pregnancy in which the embryo implants outside the uterine cavity. Most ectopic pregnancies occur in the Fallopian tube (so-called tubal pregnancies), but implantation can also occur in the cervix, ovaries, and abdomen. An ultrasound showing a gestational sac with fetal heart in the fallopian tube associated with abnormal rise in blood β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) levels clearly indicate an ectopic pregnancy. It is an emergency condition, and can not be rule out in your case, so go for a repeat USG (abdominal and vaginal both) to find a ectopic pregnancy, since you have already 2 positive pregnancy tests.
