Pregnancy. Diagnosed with lupus anticoagulant. Had a gush of water coming wet my jeans. Is it amniotic fluid?

i am 13 weeks pregnant and was just diagnosed with lupus anticoagulant and they are pretty sure that i have lupus. when i was working today i felt a gush of water that felt like i was wetting myself, but when i clenched it kept coming out. it was enough to soak my jeans. didnt really have an odor but had brownish tint to it and was definatly waterish. this is my 3rd pregnancy and its the only time i have experienced this. had smaller amounts do that yesterday but didn t give it much thought. doesnt really have much of an odor, just a little weird smelling. could it be amniotic fluid? will i lose the baby?

Thank you for your query.
What you described, does sound like amniotic fluid.
However, amniotic fluid is not brownish, but you could have had blood mixed amniotic fluid leak.
You should promptly go to the ER, and have a consultation, because yes, you would lose the baby if you have indeed leaked out the amniotic fluid at 13 weeks.
Take care.
