Post menopause 66 years old, have been dealing with stomach

Post menopause 66 years old, have been dealing with stomach cramps and nausea, that seems to come and go. This started last Friday, I sip on water and some clear soda seems to help somewhat. Ate only a little plain pasta Saturday for supper. Seemed to feel better today, but drank only water and ice tea, tried a chicken strip, today, was out with family. Had to stop eating as the symptoms started again, and feared I was going to vomit
