Possible Way To Get B12 Shots?

I was diagnosed several years ago with Dermatomyositis. I have been studying about autoimmune diseases. I have learned that many autoimmune patients are lacking certain emzynes which allow the body to break down animal protein therefore stopping the body from absorbing B12 needed. How can I get B12 shots from doctors who have no idea what I am talking about?

HI...All patients with autoimmune disease necessarily do not have B12 deficiency. I suggest you to first check for signs and symptoms of B12 deficiency such as pallor, knuckle pigmentation and get lab investgations to look for vitamin B12 levels.
If B12 levels are within normal range you dont require treatment
If B12 levels are low then you have to take B12 injections, which is
ING OPTINEURON (which contains 1000mcg of cyanocobalamin ) once a day for 4 days, once per week for 4 weeks and once per month for 12 months.
