Positive change in food and lifestyle is good for sexual health and life I have married on May'2002. I am phasing sexologist problem. I have one 3 years child. My penis is not strong during sex time. I have too hand sex in my young life. Please give me suggestion

There is need of change in food and lifestyle. I would record here some guidelines for your convenience. · Fresh fruits, eggs, honey, milk, butter, almonds and pine nuts should be included in daily dietary programme. · Go for morning walk regularly. · Do exercise half of an hour early in the morning daily. · Avoid overworking. · Never smoke and keep yourself away from alcohol.
