Popping Sound From Hamstring While Exercising. Severe Pain In The Back And Leg. Treatment?

while doing stretching in the gym i heard a sound from my hamstring i had taken many treatments but its not getting healed becoz of that i fell very much uncomfortable on my right leg and i have a severe back pain i got this hamstrimg pain 2monyhs before and i am a football player and i have to get fit as early as possible

you probably must have overworked your muscle or you may have had a muscle strain.
please get some massage to help relax the muscles, myorelaxants, none-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like diclofenac.
if the pains persist get some rest and then see a rheumatologist for proper evaluation.
