Poking Sensation In Chest. Treatment?

At times I feel like someone is poking me in the chest (always the same spot) does not hurt and does not feel deep. Also times when I feel the poking I feel a slight tugging sensation on the inside of my left arm. If I don't feel the poke in my chest I might feel it in my back directly in the same spot as my chest but just on mu back... feels like someone knuckle between shoulder blade and spine on left side..

Side note: I do worry about everything to much.

Thanks

If you are above fifty with regular diet habits and feel breathless on physical activity go in for ECG and consult a cardiologist to rule out heart disease. If you are young and active and are irregular in diet habits you may be suffering from gastritis and consult a physician otherwise it may be just a muscle pain no need to worry.
