Pocket of fluid on white part of the eyeball, should I flush the eye ?

My daughter (10 yrs old) has been itching her eye the last couple of days. Seemed like allergies. Eye drops would help. She just came in from playing outside and the white part of her eye seems to have a pocket of clear fluid on it. Should we flush the eye ? No pain, just an itch.

Ophthalmologist Dr. Manish Malhotra's  Response
As far as itching is concerned and the complains you are giving it is typical of allergy which is common in summer season ,so you can visit a pediatric ophthalmologist who can prescribe you medications , & if it is allergy then this usually goes away by the age of 14 yrs

better to consult a opthalamologist now.
it may come again again in every summer.
