How Can I Stablize My Cholesterol And Triglyceride Levels With Medication?

Plz advice* My Cholesterol is 250 and Trigelciride is 300 * when used Vasclear(Atovastatin)10mg , and Fenoget(Fenofibrate)200mg for Trigelciride both dropped to low level* if stopped raised both if used medicine dropped** Any formula to keep them stable** Thanks

Hello,

There is no specific formula to keep your blood lipid profile normal, besides for diet and regular physical activity, including aerobics. The doses of Vasclear and Fenoget that you have been taken are quite low. So, as long as your blood lipid profile is abnormal, I would recommend continue this therapy at these doses.
