and high blood pressure
. If you don't have either of them, forget about cholesterol, it is not significant.
It is always good to limit your fat intake and avoid over eating. Excess Calories taken in what ever form is stored in body in the form of fat, thereby increasing the work load on heart. It is always good to avoid such situation. It is a good habit to rise from the dining table feeling a little bit hungry. If you take care of these, then you can forget about cholesterol estimation or treating high cholesterol
