Please Suggest Treatment For Meningomyelocele

Hi, My daughter has Meningomyelocele and was operated when she was one day old by the best doctors in India. She still do not have control on her urine and it dripps. Can you suggest me any medication or refer me any doctor in the world who can cure this problem please.

U need to get Urodynamic Study done. Does the problem lie in storage phase or voiding phase. Depending on this she will need treatment with anticholinergics and/ clean intermittent catheterization. It is also important to know urine routine and culture to ruke out infection.Get Ultrasound KUB to rule out renal hydronephrosis sec to back pressure effect from bladder and to know post void residual. Besides how old is she. Based on these parameters, one can judge chances id improvement and guide u with treatment, as mentioned above.
