Planning Pregnancy, Low Sperm Count, Took Medicine, Irregular Periods For Wife. Suggestion?
I got married before 5 yrs: My age is 39 & my wife is 25 after one year of our marriage we consult a dictor & come to know that my sperm count is low dr give me medicines and after 3 months my sperm count go to 90% and above but then only we r not suceed then we consult another Md doctor who suggest us that my wife period cycle is not on time & her one vanes is closed dr operate one operTion also but we are not suceed for baby. Pls help me

You mentioned that the tube ( vane) of one side was closed and operated and opened , that's a nice thing .
The point is irregular bleeding , why? you didn't mention the cause , so upload the cause of irregular bleeding. This irregular bleeding may be due to ,
1 PCOD as this is most common cause in young female , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries .
2 Fibroid in uterus is the next most common cause of irregular bleeding , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of uterus.
3 Maturation of follicle didn't occurs ,so get in study of ovarian follicles whether maturation taking place or not . If maturation taking place means ovulation is there . For this consult a gynecologist and get his opinion .
As in your case endometrium thickness is also important so whole study is important for fertility treatment .
