The point is irregular bleeding , why? you didn't mention the cause , so upload the cause of irregular bleeding. This irregular bleeding may be due to ,
as this is most common cause in young female , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound
of both ovaries .
is the next most common cause of irregular bleeding , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of uterus.
3 Maturation of follicle didn't occurs ,so get in study of ovarian follicles whether maturation taking place or not . If maturation taking place means ovulation is there . For this consult a gynecologist and get his opinion .
As in your case endometrium thickness is also important so whole study is important for fertility
