Planning For Baby. Sperm Test Done. What Are The Complication?

my wife and i want to have the second baby . im 43 and she is 37. we tried for 6 months but nothing. i did a semen test and my sperm count was 0000 per cc but motility is : fast progressive=12.5% , slow progresive:32%, non progressive:25% and immotile:30%. what do you think about our problem? i didnt any test for my wife. should i do it?
